A leading port management company in Dammam is seeking a Cyber Security Junior (Fresh Graduate) to support the Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance function. In this role, you will assist in maintaining cybersecurity policies, support risk assessments, and help track compliance with internal policies. Job Purpose

The Cyber Security Junior supports the Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) function by assisting in documentation, compliance tracking, risk management activities, and audit support. This role is designed to build foundational cybersecurity and governance skills through hands-on exposure under supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and related documentation.
  • Support cybersecurity risk assessments by collecting information and updating risk registers.
  • Assist in tracking compliance with internal cybersecurity policies and applicable regulations.
  • Support internal and external cybersecurity audits by preparing documents and evidence.
  • Help track corrective actions and follow up on remediation activities.
  • Support third-party and vendor cybersecurity documentation reviews.
  • Assist in preparing basic reports, trackers, and dashboards.
  • Participate in cybersecurity awareness and training activities.
  • Perform other cybersecurity GRC-related tasks as assigned under supervision.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in cybersecurity / IT roles.
Required Skills
  • Basic knowledge of networks, operating systems, and information security concepts.
  • Familiarity with common security tools (e.g., antivirus, firewalls, SIEM) is a plus.
  • Awareness of common cybersecurity standards or frameworks (e.g., NCA ECC, ISO 27001, NIST) is an advantage.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Network+, or Microsoft Security Fundamentals are desirable but not mandatory.
