Overview

MDLBEAST has an exciting opportunity for a Creative Strategy Lead within our Creative Compass team. As the Creative Strategy Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping creative campaign strategies, leveraging consumer insights, cultural trends, and strategic thinking to enhance MDLBEAST’s diverse brand portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic planning for MDLBEAST’s creative campaigns and events.
  • Drive ideation processes for MDLBEAST’s new and existing IPs/brands.
  • Collaborate closely with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to integrate audience insights into creative strategies.
  • Develop clear and actionable creative briefs aligned with MDLBEAST’s diverse sub-brands and event objectives.
  • Guide teams in transforming audience insights into compelling storytelling and innovative creative solutions.
  • Ensure strategic consistency across all creative campaigns by aligning with Marketing, Commercial, and Product teams.
  • Stay abreast of cultural and consumer trends to maintain MDLBEAST’s position at the forefront of innovative creative strategy.
  • Confidently present strategies and campaign directions to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Experienced with 5+ years in strategic planning, brand strategy, or a related strategic role.
  • Equipped with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a relevant field.
  • A strategic visionary with proven experience crafting insights-driven creative campaigns.
  • Skilled at leveraging audience research and segmentation to create impactful strategies.
  • An exceptional communicator, comfortable leading discussions with senior stakeholders.
  • Highly collaborative, capable of navigating complex stakeholder environments with ease.
  • Passionate about music, culture, and the art of storytelling through brand experiences.
  • Comfortable thriving in fast-paced environments, handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
