Overview

Commercial Executive
Function Goal: To supply clerical assistance to the Business division by organizing the information, documents as well as records and maintaining strong adhere to up. At the very same time preserving great specialist relationships with the vendors.

Responsibilities
  • Delivery follow-up with providers as per orders delivery date.
  • Obtaining verification from vendor after releasing Purchase Order with anticipated shipment time.
  • To do a courtesy follow-up with the provider before one week from the expected delivery date and ensure the shipment is refined as per the agreed timelines.
  • If the delivery is meant to be moving through our forwarder, then to take the weight as well as dimension of shipment in order to select as well as nominate suitable forwarder and mode of shipment (either Courier or Air-freight or Sea-freight).
  • After completing delivery setting and forwarder, follow-up with concerned forwarder and ensure that delivery arrives on time at the port.
  • Throughout this time to see to it in obtaining the initial shipping records either directly from the distributor or with the chosen forwarder.
  • Consistently complying with shipping documents needed for Airfreight and Sea-freight shipments and for messengers based on the shipping billing value: (a) Commercial Billing, Original Properly testified from shipper's Chamber of Commerce; (b) Certification of Origin, Original Duly proved from shipper's Chamber of Commerce; (c) SASO Certificate.
  • Packing Checklist.
  • Update the providers regarding any change in Government rules & guideline every now and then.
  • Ensure prior to communicating with supplier that our collected details is right.
  • Co-ordination with removing representatives and related shipments.
  • Co-ordination with the Shop Team.
