Job description

Our client is a leading provider of temporary power and temporary cooling rental equipment to the oil and gas, construction and utilities industries. Due to continued expansion across the region, they require an experienced Country Manager to oversee their Saudi operation.

Based in Saudi and reporting to the Dubai-based Managing Director, you will have overall responsibility for the growth and profitability of the Saudi operation. Responsibilities will include:

• Full Profit and Loss accountability
• Developing and implementing strategies to achieve the financial objectives
• Maximizing business opportunities across the territory by conducting ongoing market research and competitor analysis
• Creating and implementing creative sales strategies
• Managing an employee headcount of approximately 30 staff
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers

Requirements:

• Arabic - Fluent / Excellent
• English - Fluent / Excellent
• Degree Holder in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years experience within a Senior Management capacity
• Strong business acumen and business management skills
• Solid understanding of financial reports including P&L accounts, balance sheets and cash flow statements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic
• Experience within equipment rental in KSA will be an advantage
