Job description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the sales team monthly KPIs.
• Manage the sales-team in terms of target, day to day tasks and discipline.
• Ensuring the correct communication with customers, distribution and display of company products to the targeted customers.
• Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
• Implement change to improve production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
• Evaluate on-the-job performance of sales team and organize sales staff schedules.
• Identify future and current trends that appeal to customers.
• Ensure items are in stock and maintain inventory.
• Divide sales target and assist the staff in achieving their targets.
• Review and analyze sales performance, activities , obstacles and forecasting reports and share it with regional manager.
• Preparing weekly reposts of sales activities.
• Conducting product training to sales team according to business plan and find solutions for related job obstacles.
