Inbox Technologies Arabia is looking for a detail-oriented Coordinator - Cyber Security Pre-Sales to support the cybersecurity pre-sales team with documentation, scheduling, proposal preparation, and workflow coordination. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule client meetings, discovery sessions, workshops, and internal reviews.
• Assist the pre-sales team with documentation, data collection, and preparation of presentation materials.
• Maintain trackers for opportunities, proposals, and customer communications.
• Help compile RFP / RFI responses, proposals, BoQs, and technical documents.
• Proofread, format, and organize proposal materials to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain a repository of reusable templates, technical documents, and case studies.
• Support follow-ups with sales, delivery, and client teams as instructed by senior pre-sales staff.
• Ensure timely submission of proposals and manage internal approval workflows.
• Assist with customer-facing presentations by preparing slides and collaterals.
• Maintain updated logs of all ongoing opportunities and submitted proposals.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports for the cybersecurity pre-sales lead.
• Track vendor registrations, certifications, and product updates.
• Prepare meeting minutes, summaries, and action-item trackers.
• Coordinate with operations, HR, procurement, and finance teams for pre-sales requirements.
• Support event coordination for workshops, demos, and seminars.

Requirements
