In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across all locations, optimizing processes, and driving performance improvement initiatives. You will work closely with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement strategies that enhance the customer experience, streamline operations, and achieve financial objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management within the restaurant or hospitality industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and achieve business goals.
• Oversee the daily operations of all restaurant locations, ensuring compliance with company standards.
