Rgheeb is searching for a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team and oversee the daily operations of our restaurant group. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across all locations, optimizing processes, and driving performance improvement initiatives. You will work closely with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement strategies that enhance the customer experience, streamline operations, and achieve financial objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management within the restaurant or hospitality industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and achieve business goals.
  • Oversee the daily operations of all restaurant locations, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to set and monitor performance targets and KPIs.
  • Implement best practices in service delivery, supply chain management, and cost control measures.
  • Drive initiatives aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and enhancing brand loyalty.
  • Lead and mentor operational teams across multiple locations to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize operating performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as industry standards.
  • Analyze operational performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as HR, finance, and marketing, to streamline business processes.
Requirements
