A leading construction firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Contract and Commercial Manager to oversee contract processes and commercial strategies on large-scale projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of managerial experience in contract management and strong expertise in FIDIC contracts. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and subcontractors are essential. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead impactful projects.

Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of managerial experience in contract management within the construction industry.
  • Strong expertise in FIDIC contracts and at least 5 years of experience in this area.
  • Experience in contract management within the Middle Eastern construction sector.

  • Manage all stages of the contract life-cycle, from negotiation through to project completion.
  • Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with contract obligations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate and prevent risks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project performance and financial status.
