Programme Overview

Our Foundation for the Future (FftF) Programme will provide you with the opportunity to work alongside our business leaders, helping clients to solve their toughest problems and capture their greatest opportunities. We work with some of the region’s largest and most complex companies to understand their unique business issues and opportunities in a fast-moving and evolving landscape.

You can join the FftF Programme across one of the following locations: Riyadh, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Cairo, Doha, Amman, Muscat.

What You’ll Bring
  • A recent or final-year undergraduate (1 January 2025 or later), with a strong academic record, STEM or Business-related subjects preferred
  • You will be on track for / have achieved a GPA of 3.5/4 or equivalent in your undergraduate degree
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are preferred
  • You will have been an active member in extracurricular activities and/or internships
  • You will demonstrate a digital curiosity and an eagerness to engage with and leverage new digital tools and platforms
  • Available to join in Fall/Autumn 2026
  • Travel Requirements: You may be asked to work away from your base office location on a regular basis, and frequent overnight stays may be required
