Key Duties:
  • Provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and management of pediatric patients with ear, nose, and throat (ENT) disorders.
  • Perform complex ENT surgical procedures tailored to the needs of infants, children, and adolescents.
  • Lead outpatient clinics, inpatient rounds, and surgical sessions, ensuring high standards of clinical care.
  • Collaborate closely with pediatricians, anesthesiologists, audiologists, speech therapists, and other specialists in a multidisciplinary setting.
  • Participate actively in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental meetings to enhance service delivery.
  • Supervise and mentor junior doctors, residents, and other healthcare professionals in pediatric ENT best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols in line with national and international standards.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and, where appropriate, academic teaching or research.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, health regulations, and patient safety standards at all times.

  • Proficiency in clinical governance, quality assurance, and safety standards.
  • Eligibility for licensure with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
