Job Summary

The Construction Manager will oversee all construction activities for assigned projects in Madinah, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and coordination with all project stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, clients, and regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor construction progress, identify delays or issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and enforce HSE standards across all site activities.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of technical or operational issues.
• Review and approve site reports, daily logs, progress reports, and contractor invoices.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Manage project resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to site engineers, foremen, and support staff.
• Ensure proper documentation of all project activities for reporting and audit purposes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Saudi (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in large-scale building or infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience with a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) or in managing multi-discipline construction projects is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi construction codes, regulations, and quality standards.
