Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead and manage multiple complex construction projects simultaneously, coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve issues promptly
• Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and goal‑oriented work environment
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and clients
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to optimize project costs and timelines
• Implement and maintain effective project management systems and processes
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovative construction techniques to improve project efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies, building systems, and materials
• Extensive experience in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) framework
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• In‑depth understanding of local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
• Experience in risk assessment, management, and mitigation
• Health and safety certification (e.g., OSHA or equivalent)
• Willingness to travel to various construction sites within the region as needed
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
