HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining compliance with safety regulations. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate project activities and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement construction project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead project meetings and communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor site activities and oversee subcontractor performance to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Prepare project reports, including progress updates, financial reports, and change orders.
  • Resolve conflicts and challenges that may impact project timelines or costs.
  • Manage procurement processes for materials and equipment required on-site.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among project staff.
Requirements
