Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee HSE activities during commissioning and start-up phases.
  • Ensure commissioning activities comply with HSE plans, procedures, and legal requirements.

  • Lead incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions during commissioning.
  • Coordinate closely with commissioning, construction, and operations teams.
  • Deliver HSE briefings, toolbox talks, and workforce inductions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, or related discipline.
  • Proven HSE experience in commissioning/start-up environments.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, PTW, SIMOPS, and risk management.
  • NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification preferred.
  • Confident leader with authority to stop work when required.
