Job summary

A leading real estate firm in Jeddah is seeking a Commercial Team Leader to oversee all commercial activities, including leasing, sales, and marketing. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, possess strong leadership skills, and exhibit proficiency in both Arabic and English. This role involves achieving revenue targets and ensuring service excellence, with a collaborative work environment and comprehensive development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in leasing/sales/marketing in residential & commercial real estate.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
• ‘Fal’ certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leasing and sales team for residential and commercial properties.
• Develop and execute leasing and marketing plans to meet targets.
• Build strong relationships with investors and handle customer complaints.

Skills

Negotiation and deal closing

Knowledge of real estate regulations (residential + commercial)

Market analytics and pricing understanding

MS Office proficiency (Excel + PowerPoint)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
