Commercial Project Manager – Saudi Arabia/Riyadh

Your Role – International, Challenging, and Future-Oriented!
  • Financial planning, controlling, and reporting of projects and contracts KPIs.
  • Contract & claim management with clients and subcontractors.
  • Driving & monitoring project KPIs (Revenues, Cashflows, Billing Plans, etc.).
  • Analyzing ongoing project calculations and plan vs. actual deviations.
  • Ensuring timely cleanup of balance sheet and aging commitments costs.
  • Evaluating risks & opportunities, risk mitigations, and reporting.
  • Monitoring and evaluating plan, actual & committed costs, and correcting discrepancies.
  • Processing purchase orders, sales orders, debit & credit notes, and invoicing in SAP.
  • Verifying bills with reference to agreed terms & conditions.
  • Maintaining progress & payment records of subcontractors.
  • Following up on accounts receivable.
  • Ensuring compliance with policies & procedures for subcontractor payments.
  • Coordinating with treasury for bonds, guarantees, letters of credit, etc.
  • Planning & monitoring procurement and equipment shipping schedules.
Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid!
  • Minimum graduation in Accounting, Finance, or relevant fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience; past Siemens experience is a big plus.
  • Good understanding of IFRS, FRG, and accounting standards.
  • Experience in SAP is mandatory.
  • CPM@Siemens certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under high pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
