As a Commercial Project Manager at Siemens Energy, you will be at the forefront of driving financial and commercial excellence in service projects, ensuring they are executed within the defined time, budget, and quality parameters. You will work on meaningful projects that maximize both profit and customer satisfaction, contributing significantly to Siemens Energy’s mission of delivering sustainable energy solutions.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Manage the financial and commercial aspects of service projects to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and quality execution, enhancing profit and EVA effectiveness.
• Execute contracts with customers, regional units, and suppliers to maximize project profit and customer satisfaction.
• Provide supervision and guidance to project teams and new employees, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve specified results and goals.
• Define and implement project execution strategies, including tax strategies, aligned with customer contract structures.
• Perform comprehensive financial and commercial duties, including establishing commercial terms, accounting, payments, currency management, and financial statements.
• Optimize processes continuously to enhance productivity, rationalization potential, and profit, while adhering to the four eyes principle in project management.

What You Bring

• At least 5 years of experience in financial execution of SDI/CCM/POC services, demonstrating a strong foundation in project management.
• Proficiency in project management methods, processes, and tools, ensuring effective project execution and control.
• Understanding of relevant E Business Processes, including project execution, sales, purchasing, and LoA, to drive business success.
• Expertise in calculation methods and finance models, supporting accurate financial planning and reporting.
• Solid knowledge of business administration, project controlling, and accounting principles (US GAAP, HGB) to ensure compliance and financial integrity.
• Skills in asset management, contract/claim management, and risk management, safeguarding project interests and mitigating potential risks.
