Qualifications

Job description

Randstad is working with an established fit-out contractor in the search for a Commercial Manager to join the team in Riyadh, KSA. Based in Riyadh, you will take commercial charge of several concurrent, prestigious projects, primarily spanning Retail, High-End Residential, and Hospitality sectors. This is a hands‑on role where you will drive profitability and financial stability across your assigned portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all commercial aspects of the fit-out projects, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting
• Manage contract execution, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions, risk identification, and mitigation strategies
• Lead the procurement process, negotiate with and manage subcontractors, and ensure timely and commercially advantageous purchasing
• Manage commercial correspondence and contractual relations with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Diligently manage all variations (VOs) and claims, maximizing commercial recovery while maintaining client relationships

Qualifications

• Strong, verifiable experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager working with fit-out contractors. Experience within the Retail, Hospitality, or Residential sectors is highly desirable.
