About the Role

We are looking for a Commercial Director to lead and execute revenue-generating activities across our sports-tech ecosystem, including Grintafy, Sportify, and Pala.

This is a hands-on commercial execution role, focused on monetizing existing digital and offline assets through B2G, B2B, sponsorships, partnerships, and strategic events.

This role is not about creating new business ideas or strategies from scratch — it’s about turning assets into revenue, building pipelines, closing deals, and scaling commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute government (B2G) and enterprise (B2B) commercial engagements
  • Drive sponsorships, brand partnerships, and commercial collaborations
  • Own the commercial monetization of digital platforms, tournaments, events, and offline assets
  • Build and manage a strong commercial pipeline across public and private sectors
  • Work closely with marketing, product, operations, and leadership teams to deliver deals end-to-end
  • Oversee negotiations, proposals, pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
  • Represent the company in high-level meetings with government entities, brands, federations, and institutions

  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and closing skills
  • Able to operate independently and execute at speed
  • Experience in sports, entertainment, technology, or large-scale platforms is a strong plus
Requirements
  • Based in Jeddah (this is not a remote role)
  • Strong commercial and financial understanding
  • Ability to manage multiple deal pipelines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus)
