Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the overall commercial and sales strategy aligned with the company’s business goals and growth plans in KSA.
  • Identify new opportunities for leasing and sales of residential, commercial, and retail units.
  • Lead feasibility studies and market analysis for new developments and existing assets.
  • Forecast sales targets and revenue projections.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, setting KPIs and achieving monthly / annual targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, brokers, developers, and government stakeholders.
  • Lead the development and execution of real estate marketing plans (offline and digital).
  • Oversee campaigns for new project launches, leasing, and sales.
  • Ensure the company’s properties are positioned competitively in the Saudi real estate market.
  • Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activity, customer behavior, and pricing strategies in KSA.
  • Provide recommendations on pricing, promotions, and positioning.
  • Manage commercial budgets, marketing budgets, and sales expenses.
  • Ensure profitability of projects and optimize revenue streams.
  • Set clear objectives and performance standards.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture.
Qualifications
