Job Summary
The Client Engagement Specialist is responsible for promoting, marketing, and distributing dental products to relevant dental establishments. This role involves direct interaction with dentists, purchasing departments, dental assistants, and lab technicians to drive product awareness, answer inquiries, provide expert guidance, and introduce new dental solutions. The position requires a combination of strong product knowledge, relationship‑building skills, and business acumen to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement
- Conduct daily client visits (4–6 visits) to present product features, address concerns, and negotiate contracts.
- Attend scheduled meetings with dentists, clinic managers, and hospital procurement teams.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical insights on dental products.
- Identify and establish new business opportunities.
- Follow up on leads generated by the company.
- Develop proposals and quotations based on client needs.
- Process and submit sales orders through CRM.
- Make long‑term contracts with clients to help achieve annual company targets.
- Answer client inquiries regarding products, pricing, credit terms, and availability.
- Maintain strong business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
Strategic Planning & Performance Management
- Prepare and review a weekly sales plan to be discussed in management meetings.
- Arrange double visits with the supervisor, Sales Manager, and COO.
- Monitor and evaluate competitor products and market trends.
- Review and analyze daily activities to identify areas for improvement.
- Attend and actively participate in the weekly management meeting.
- Update daily reports in CRM, including call logs, activity logs, and sales figures.
- Research competitors’ products and market performance.
- Review and manage budgets effectively.
- Track and improve sales performance metrics.
Training & Development
- Continuously expand knowledge of dental product lines.
- Participate in training programs to improve sales and technical expertise.
- Conduct client training sessions to enhance product understanding and application.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices.
- Assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members.
CRM & Administrative Tasks
- Review CRM daily for outstanding tasks and follow‑ups.
- Respond to emails and voicemails from existing and potential customers.
- Plan and organise sales materials for upcoming client interactions.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions.
- Manage the pipeline of prospective customers through CRM.
Event Participation & Business Development
- Attend and organise trade exhibitions, conferences, workshops, and meetings.
- Plan and implement strategies to introduce new products into the market.
- Launch and promote new business services.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and industry professionals.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a dental‑related field (preferred) or a relevant sales discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental sales or a related B2B sales environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian dental market (preferred).
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (5%–10%).
