A prominent family business group in Saudi Arabia seeks a capable HR Director to manage HR operations across their automotive vertical. The ideal candidate will support the Group CEO with change management initiatives and ensure effective HR programs. Responsibilities include optimizing employee satisfaction, coordinating with multiple CEOs, and overseeing staffing and development strategies. Strong communication skills and knowledge of Saudi Labour Law are essential for success in this role.
Our client is a prominent family business group of Saudi Arabia that has a longstanding association with the Automotive sector.
As their Automotive vertical is going through a transformation led by handpicked professionals from the industry, they are looking for an HR Director with outstanding people skills to support the Group CEO in change management from the HR angle.
The director, who will manage a headcount of 300, shall ensure that the human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives.
Duties for the HR director will include coordinating with CEOs of three companies falling under the Automotive vertical, enhancing employee satisfaction, devising KPIs and policies and procedures, supporting employee development, implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, forecasting staffing needs, mitigating risk, structuring benefit packages, maintaining employee records, managing budgets, designing accountability mechanisms, and overseeing overall employment needs.
The ideal candidate for this role should be highly committed & resolute, have a charismatic personality, high EQ, solid work ethic, excellent communication skills, knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and HR practices, strategic thinking abilities, strong organizational skills, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
