We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to spearhead our enterprise software sales initiatives. The CSO will be responsible for driving significant business growth, leading a high‑performance sales team, forging strategic client relationships, and managing partnerships with technology vendors. This is a pivotal leadership role reporting directly CEO.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with InnovationTeam’s business objectives and growth targets.
Lead and mentor a team of Enterprise Software Sales Managers, fostering a performance‑driven sales culture.
Identify and secure high‑value enterprise deals across sectors such as government, ICT, banking, and large‑scale enterprises.
Strengthen and expand partnerships with technology vendors (Pega, IBM, Google Cloud Apigee, Contentsquare, etc.).
Collaborate with pre‑sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure seamless solution selling and client satisfaction.
Drive revenue growth through system integration projects, AI / LLM solutions, low‑code platforms, and customer experience (CX) innovations.
Represent InnovationTeam in key client and partner meetings, industry events, and strategic forums.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously refine sales strategies.
