A fintech real estate investment platform in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy and regulatory readiness. The role demands strong leadership abilities and experience in managing finance within fintech or capital markets. The successful candidate will oversee financial governance, budgeting, and ensure compliance with CMA regulations. Join us to make a significant impact in a scaling startup focused on tokenized investments and blockchain-enabled financial models.
Industry: FinTech × Real Estate Investment
Business Model: Tokenization & Blockchain
Department: Finance & Operations
Reports To: CEO
We are a real estate investment fintech platform enabling investors to access vetted real estate investment opportunities through tokenized, blockchain-enabled investment structures, with a future roadmap toward fractional ownership models.
The company is currently in the Capital Market Authority (CMA) authorization phase and will operate only after obtaining CMA approval, within a regulated financial environment aligned with CMA requirements and relevant SAMA financial frameworks where applicable, to deliver a compliant, transparent, and scalable digital investment platform in Saudi Arabia.
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy, regulatory readiness, and governance in preparation for CMA certification and licensing.
The CFO will assume full-time operational responsibilities following CMA approval, aligned with the company’s planned go-live timeline.
This role is finance-led and business-driven, not accounting-centric. The CFO will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, translating regulatory and financial requirements into sound business decisions, while building the financial backbone of a regulated fintech startup operating at the intersection of real estate, fintech, and blockchain.
Candidates may come from large corporates, banks, or institutions, provided they demonstrate strong adaptability to startup environments, commercial acumen, and hands-on execution capability.
