Based at Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh within the Culinary Department, the Chef de Cuisine is responsible for all operational, administrative, and financial aspects of the culinary operation. He/She will oversee the culinary operations, including The Globe, Asir Lounge, Room Service, and Lobby Lounges.
