A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is preferred, alongside experience in report writing and minute-taking. This role involves handling correspondence, scheduling travel, and supporting decision-making processes.

  • Coordinate the CFO’s agenda, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare, draft, and revise correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Handle inquiries by managing phone calls and emails.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and paper records.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel for the CFO.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Prepare professional presentations and reports.
  • Compile and process bank transfer documentation.
  • Upload bank transfers through the bank’s electronic transfer portal.
  • Archive approved transfers electronically.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the CFO.

  • Coordinate the CFO’s agenda, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and business engagements.
  • Prepare, draft, and revise internal and external correspondence, reports, administrative and technical memoranda, and meeting minutes.
  • Handle and respond to inquiries—both internal and external—by managing phone calls, correspondence, and emails in order of priority.
  • Maintain and organize both electronic and paper records, ensuring all information is updated, well-structured, and easily accessible.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel for the CFO, including booking flights, accommodation, and logistics.
  • Conduct research and analysis as requested by the CFO to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare professional presentations and reports as required.
  • Compile and process bank transfer documentation in preparation for submission through the bank’s electronic transfer platform.
  • Upload bank transfers through the bank’s electronic transfer portal.
  • Archive approved transfers electronically for proper record-keeping and compliance.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Chief Financial Officer.
