  • Resolving performance issues and making revisions when necessary.
  • Monitors, evaluates, and ensures the completion of tasks and projects.
  • Writes, reviews and revises product requirements and specifications.
  • Provide guidance to the team and ensure they adhere to all regulations.
  • Devise ways to optimize performance & keep staff motivated.
  • Keep Management well-informed about issues & deliver status reports.
  • Performing duties assigned by management.
