Responsibilities
- Managing all activities within the center including recruitment processes (nominating, selecting and appointing employees to the center)
- Provides guidance to team members to encourage work productivity
- Ensures appropriate procedures and processes are followed
- Resolving performance issues and making revisions when necessary
- Monitors, evaluates, and ensures the completion of tasks and projects
- Writes, reviews and revises product requirements and specifications
- Provide guidance to the team and ensure they adhere to all regulations.
- Devise ways to optimize performance & keep staff motivated.
- Keep Management well-informed about issues & deliver status reports.
- Performing duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting and leading a work team
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
