Job summary

A leading food company is seeking a Center Manager to oversee sales and distribution in Jeddah. The candidate will manage sales plans, ensure adequate inventory, conduct market visits, and improve distribution networks to meet sales targets. A Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in the Dairy or FMCG industry, are required. Strong communication skills in English and Arabic are essential. This role is crucial in achieving sales objectives and enhancing brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of sales experience including 4 years of demonstrated track record of field sales, preferably in the Dairy or FMCG industry.
  • Knowledge of sales and sales administration processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales of company products and improve distribution networks.
  • Execute annual business plan and comply with strategic agenda.
  • Develop sales plans and monitor sales budget.
  • Conduct market visits to check coverage and increase sales.
  • Maintain efficient distribution network for product availability.
  • Provide information to distributors and customers about products.
  • Ensure adequate inventory stock to meet sales delivery schedules.
  • Communicate with Marketing for adequate brand visibility.
