  • Develop and manage product assortments that align with customer needs and maximize sales and profitability.
  • Collaborate with sourcing and merchandising teams to select products that meet quality standards and market demands.
  • Implement pricing strategies that optimize margins while remaining competitive within the market.
  • Monitor category performance and generate reports to track KPIs, sales data, and inventory levels.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns and merchandising plans.
  • Conduct regular category reviews to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating terms and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
