A leading car rental company in Riyadh seeks an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the efficient operations of its car rental office. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing customer service, monitoring vehicle condition, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in car rental or branch management, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. The company offers a dynamic environment focused on customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Manage and operate the car rental office / branch with high efficiency.
Supervise rental and customer service staff and assign their daily tasks.
Follow up on car reservations, receive customers, and complete rental and return procedures.
Monitor the condition of vehicles and ensure maintenance is performed according to scheduled plans.
Review contracts and verify the accuracy of information and compliance with policies and regulations.
Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports related to reservations and revenue.
Track fleet movements and ensure the availability of vehicles that meet operational needs.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
Supervise insurance and accident procedures and follow up with the relevant authorities.
Monitor operational expenses and adhere to the branch’s allocated budget.
Develop plans to improve service, increase revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Communicate with suppliers, maintenance companies, and car dealerships when needed.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and company policies.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field (preferred).
At least 3 years of experience in car rental or branch management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills and outstanding customer service.
Proficiency in using rental systems and office software (MS Office).
Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
Knowledge of traffic regulations and insurance systems in the Kingdom.
