Operations Executive

To be in charge of evaluating purchased lorries to ensure that the inspection by the purchaser is exact and also every detail has been covered. Guarantee all details are entered into the system and align with the physical condition of the vehicle. Identify and highlight errors or major faults, complete documentation for vehicle transfer, coordinate with Money for repayments to customers, and coordinate with dealerships for transferring the cars to them once repayment confirmation is received.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate purchased lorries to ensure purchaser inspection accuracy and complete coverage of details.
  • Ensure all details are entered into the system and reflect the vehicle's physical condition.
  • Identify errors or major faults and document them clearly.
  • Complete documentation for vehicle transfer.
  • Coordinate with Money for repayments to customers.
  • Coordinate with dealerships for transferring vehicles after repayment confirmation.
  • Uphold policies and standards, demonstrate confidence and discipline, and be procedure-driven.
