Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or solution design.
• Experience with digital transformation or enterprise system projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business needs and operational processes for improvement opportunities.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Evaluate current business processes and recommend improvements.
• Prepare detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and System Requirements Specifications (SRS).
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
• Participate in solution design and feasibility analysis.
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop business reports and data analysis for decision-making.
• Monitor and evaluate solution performance post-implementation.
