Dsquares as one of the leading loyalty and rewards solutions' provider in MEA, working with many well-known clients such as Vodafone, Visa, Mastercard, Coca Cola, P&G, Exxon Mobil, Uber and many others is looking for a Business Development Manager who'll be specialized in acquiring new clients and increasing the business of our existing clients in the GCC.
He/She will develop strategies and tactics for pursuing selected prospects, and lead sales presentations, negotiations, and sales closings.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and acquiring new targeted contracts in different industries.
- Introducing Dsquares different platforms and services to new clients.
- Briefing internal teams on client’s requirements.
- Presenting tailored proposals for clients.
- Following up internally and externally on pending proposals and client’s different status.
- Selling up internal and external kick off meetings for project stakeholders.
- Negotiating, finalizing and closing deals.
- Follow up on existing clients in my portfolio on up and running projects and upcoming opportunities.

Required Skills & Abilities
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 8:10 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Proven track record of B2B Sales.
- Experience in the loyalty program or marketing industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
