About the job: Business Development Manager

Our client is one of the leading and fastest-growing digitally-led creative agencies in the Middle East, with offices in Riyadh, Cairo, Dubai, Beirut, and Athens. It provides a full spectrum of creative digital services, including digital strategies, creative concepts, content production, video production, community management, media buying, and technology. Its portfolio includes over 30 retained clients from seven countries, such as Netflix, Muvi Cinemas, Almajdouie Motors, Costa Coffee, Arby's, Saudi Ministry of Culture, Vodafone, DHL, Philips, Huawei, Peugeot, Nestlé, and more. It is also a pioneer in the sports marketing sphere, having opened the Middle East social market for football giants like Newcastle United, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United, Bayern Munich, Arsenal, AS Roma, and others.

Location: Riyadh

Experience: 6-8 years

Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve assigned quotas and revenue targets for creative and production campaigns, social media retainer, motion graphics, and digital listening services.
  2. Develop and implement the sales strategy aligned with the agency's strategic focus.
  3. Research and gather market, agency competition, and customer information.
  4. Understand customers' businesses and requirements.
Pitching potential customers:
  • Establish relations with potential clients to prospect for new business.
  • Act as the primary communication point between clients and the team until contract signing.
  • Develop and update sales materials, including company profile, portfolio, and presentations.
  • Receive client briefs.
  • Prepare proposal presentations, negotiate terms, and close sales.
  • Draft contracts, including terms, quotations, and communication models, in coordination with the Legal team.
Existing clients:
  • Maintain good relations with current clients.
  • Ensure timely payments as per agreements.
  • Monitor contract renewals.
Capabilities:
  • Agency background is required.
  • Knowledge of the digital/creative space, including strategy, creative, and technology.
