We are looking for a Branch Supervisor to join our Operations Management team. The supervisor will oversee multiple branches to ensure efficient daily operations, coordinate activities, and meet performance objectives. The role will also involve monitoring service and product quality, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing managerial guidelines across branches.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in branch management.
Experience in managing cafes is preferred.
Proficient in both Arabic and English.
Must currently reside in Jeddah.
Must be willing to relocate to any city in the future.
Owns a private vehicle and a valid driving license.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
