A leading consultancy firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking a BMS Presales and Design Engineer. In this role, you will design and estimate BMS bids for various projects while collaborating with sales and project teams to ensure effective implementation. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in BMS design, strong technical skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Visio, with a competitive salary of SAR 9000.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in BMS design, estimation, or a similar role.
• Strong expertise in BMS design and estimation for new and upgrade projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and estimate Building Management System (BMS) bids for greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager on bid estimation and preparation.
• Provide technical and bidding support in coordination with regional technical teams.
• Support the handover process to the Project Execution team.
• Continuously improve bid estimation processes and competencies.
