Job summary

A leading hotel brand in Riyadh is seeking a Bartender to enhance our F&B operation. The role requires crafting memorable experiences for guests while demonstrating excellent service and knowledge about beverages. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in a 4 or 5-star environment, strong communication skills, and a passion for guest experience. This position involves preparing drinks, maintaining bar cleanliness, and occasionally supporting the restaurant team during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of bartending or beverage service experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel, restaurant, or lounge.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

As a Bartender, you’ll be at the heart of our F&B operation – crafting memorable experiences for our guests, whether they’re here to close a deal, attend a convention, or unwind after a long day.

Every shift, you’ll:

• Prepare, mix, and serve beverages to guests according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on juice.
• Build relationships with guests by creating a welcoming, professional, and engaging bar experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area at all times.
• Handle transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
• Support the wider restaurant and banquet team when needed during peak periods or large events.
• Keep current on F&B offerings, promotions, and hotel services to assist guests effectively.

What we need from you

• Minimum 1 year of bartending or beverage service experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel, restaurant, or lounge environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for guest service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Familiarity with classic and contemporary drink recipes.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.
• Must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
