Job Description

• Prepare and serve a variety of high‑quality coffee and specialty beverages (espresso, cappuccino, cold brew, etc.)

• Greet guests warmly, take orders, and accurately process payments

• Operate and maintain espresso machines and grinders; ensure daily sterilization and cleanliness

• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and stocked at all times

• Offer product education and recommendations (coffee types, brewing methods, menu options)

• Monitor inventory levels and alert management for restocking needs

• Adhere to food safety, hygiene standards, and resort protocols

• Train new barista staff as needed and support during high‑volume periods

Desired Skill & Expertise

• Experience in coffee preparation and customer‑facing roles (1–5 years preferred)
• Familiarity with specialty coffee techniques and a passion for high-end beverages
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift light loads
• Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
