Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Executive (B2B & B2G) with a passion for technology and a strong background in selling cybersecurity or IT solutions. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities with both corporate enterprises and public sector clients. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, respond to business and government tenders, and deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions that meet regulatory and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and engage with both government agencies and private sector enterprises across Saudi Arabia.
  • Understand client cybersecurity requirements (public and private sectors) and present customized solutions, including MDR, GRC, and Assurance, compliant with local and international regulations.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through government tenders, RFPs, direct outreach, and corporate networking.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful proposals, quotations, and presentations for both government contracts and B2B engagements.
  • Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing in line with procurement guidelines (public sector) and corporate practices (private sector).
  • Collaborate with technical, delivery, and solutions teams to ensure smooth implementation and service excellence for all clients.
  • Keep up to date with cybersecurity trends, government regulations, and evolving private sector needs in the KSA market.
  • Maintain accurate sales data and records in the company CRM system.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across B2B and B2G segments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2G and / or B2B sales, account management, or IT / cybersecurity consultancy sector.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity products, MDR, GRC, Assurance, and compliance requirements for both government and enterprise clients in Saudi Arabia.
  • Established network of government contacts and / or private sector decision-makers is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent Arabic and English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with stakeholders across sectors.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
