The project:

This is an opportunity to work on a large new build airport, that will set a global benchmark for aviation experience and aims to attract 120 million passengers by 2030 in Saudi Arabia.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Ensuring that projects and tenders within portfolios are effectively planned, scheduled and monitored.


• Deployment and implementation of the business’ planning & project controls procedures across portfolio.


• Providing expert analysis and recommends corrective actions for intricate project challenges.


• Planning and scheduling medium to high-complexity projects/programmes with precision.


• Planning, scheduling, Earned Value Management (EVM), and control methodologies.


• Communicating with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to align expectations.


• Planning and identifying trends using advanced numerical and statistical techniques.


• Assisting senior leadership in negotiations, contracts, due diligence, and business development.


• Leading planning teams, offering direction, mentorship, and performance management.


• Inspiring teams to achieve high standards and deliver quality outcomes.


• Contributing to net zero carbon goals by managing emissions in project delivery.


• Willingly undertaking tasks to meet project or assignment requirements, ensuring delivery excellence.

You’ll need to have:

• Expert in schedule management tools and systems, with mastery in establishing effective planning procedures.


• Proficient in managing high-uncertainty activities, ensuring adaptability and control in dynamic project environments.


• Holds a relevant degree or equivalent, with professional experience in construction, programme, project, or commercial management.


• Demonstrates advanced planning expertise, supporting complex project delivery through structured methodologies.
