This role focuses on demand and supply planning, supplier management, and optimizing inventory replenishment. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in supply chain planning and strong ERP system knowledge, preferably SAP. The position requires excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to ensure seamless product availability and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

Job Summary

Support end-to-end supply chain operations with a primary focus on demand & supply planning, supplier management, and optimizing inventory replenishment to reduce expiries, prevent stockouts, and ensure seamless product availability.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute monthly demand and supply planning cycles, ensuring accurate forecasts and timely replenishment for all SKUs.
• Monitor inventory levels and pipeline, maintaining optimal coverage while minimizing write-offs and out-of-stocks.
• Manage daily communication with suppliers, ensuring on-time deliveries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
• Negotiate pricing and secure competitive deals to support cost management objectives.
• Coordinate internal workflows related to suppliers, including follow-up with finance on payments, invoice issues, and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate and complete master data (materials, pricing, vendors, lead times) within the ERP system.
• Track supply performance, highlight risks, and support corrective actions with internal teams.
• Prepare routine supply chain reports, KPIs, and dashboards as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in supply chain planning, preferably in demand or supply roles.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
• Solid skills in Excel and analytical tools.
• Knowledge of F&B supply chain operations is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor‑management capabilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain / Logistics.
