Job description
Job purpose

Ensure smooth coordination of supplier shipments, stock management, and sales support. As well as timely settling all vendor accounts to maximize product availability and business growth of consignment category.

Duties and responsibilities

Follow up with suppliers on shipment schedules, shipping documentation, port clearance and delivery status.

Follow up on quality compliance and report any deviation of tolerances and standards.

Follow up with warehouse and branch teams the products allocation, storage, and proper physical and virtual (ERP) inventory management.

Follow up on PO creation, ensuring that PO creators are using the correct material codes and request new codes.

Monitor stock levels and product movement to maintain consistent availability and avoid stockouts or overstock situations.

Follow up on vendor accounts with branches and the consignment accountant, ensuring timely settlement and payment.

Prepare database for consignment activity of all aspects, program & shipment details, port clearance dates, allocation, finalization status, payment amount & date and cost breakdown.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth operational flow and foster long‑term partnerships.

Support continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain processes and consignment management to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Prepare regular reports on consignment performance, supplier compliance, and sales outcomes.

Job Requirements
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP for inventory and account management.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel, or similar platforms for forecasting and reporting.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management processes including sales, procurement, shipping, logistic and inventory background.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prepare and present reports on operational metrics and sales outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Agriculture, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in product category coordination, supply chain coordination, vendor coordination, ideally within fresh produce or FMCG sectors.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
