We are looking for an experienced Area Service Manager to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Area Service Manager creates added value for the ExistingInstallations within a Branch, managing all resources in line with the rulesestablished by the Company, to meet the business targets for the Branch.
Reports to: Regional Branch Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Controlthe implementation of sales and commercial policy in the Branch forExisting Installations and Modernizations, according to the establishedprocedures.
- Optimize the branch staffing ofservice technicians, by planning the personnel needs including routeorganization, workloads and training.
- Hold responsibility for drivingSales and Fulfillment business for sales targets.
- Execute leadership totechnicians in matters of customer and employee satisfaction, adding valueto the business, quality of work and operational efficiency.
- Promote, motivate, coordinate,and direct activities of the Existing Installation Sales / ModernizationSales and Existing Installations Supervisor in the respective areas of theBranch.
- Coordinate the development andexecution of all work, optimize the work-groups, tools, and means to meetthe objectives of sales, invoicing, activity, yield, and quality of thework.
- Conduct periodical inspectionsensuring fulfilment and customer satisfaction
- Manage problem solving of sickunits and improvement.
- Control the application of thesafety and health guidelines.
- Manage maintenance portfolio& from the service contract offer to the collection of bad debtsincluding follow-up actions
- Process owner and operationalresponsible of applying the company policy, ensuring the collection of allsales under its responsibility

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Technical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Industrial Engineering
- At least 5 solid years’ experience
- At least 2 years as a Manager / Supervisory role
- Desired Organization and Planning skills in E&E, QHSE procedures knowledge, presentation skills, Customer Orientation Skills & Sales skills.
- Should have experience in managing portfolio of maintenance units and good leadership in managing maintenance team.

COMPENSATIONAND BENEFITS
- Salary tobe used as a guide only and will reflect experience levels and interviewperformance
- Salary as a guide around 12k –16k SAR per month base salary
- Plus accommodation allowanceand transport allowance
