This role involves designing and reviewing building layouts, enhancing office spaces, and ensuring optimal furniture distribution across university departments and administrative offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop architectural designs, floor plans, and technical drawings for new and existing university facilities.
  • Conduct site assessments, prepare design proposals, and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
  • Lead interior layout planning, including furniture distribution, office space optimization, and functional workspace design.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand operational needs and translate them into practical architectural and interior solutions.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams throughout design and execution phases.
  • Review material specifications, finishes, and décor elements to ensure design consistency and quality.
  • Support renovation projects and provide recommendations for enhancing the university's built environment.
