We have job opportunity as “Analyzer Service Technician” in Saudi Arabia.

F2F Interview in 3rd week of January: Mumbai & Chennai

Job Purpose:

The Senior Analyzer Technician will support analyzer service and maintenance activities at refinery and petrochemical sites. The role involves hands‑on work in installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of process analyzers, sample conditioning systems, and related field instruments. The candidate will support for maintenance and reliable operation of analytical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of process analyzers and sample systems.

  2. Assist in calibration, validation, and troubleshooting of analyzers and sample conditioning systems.

  3. Support installation and commissioning of analyzer shelters and cabinets.

  4. Execute maintenance schedules and maintain calibration and maintenance records.

  5. Inspect, clean, and replace filters, probes, and sample lines as part of analyzer upkeep.

  6. Assist engineers during analyzer FAT/SAT, commissioning, and shutdown activities.

  7. Follow safety standards, PTW, and site‑specific HSE procedures.

  8. Support spare parts management and ensure availability of maintenance materials.

  9. Provide on‑site technical support and communicate effectively with customers.

  10. Maintain good housekeeping and documentation of analyzer maintenance work.

Types of Analyzer System handled:

Process Gas Analyzers – Oxygen, Hydrogen, Hydrocarbon, Infrared/UV‑based.

Gas Chromatographs (GCs) – Refinery and process gas applications.

CEMS (Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems) – Gas and Dust Analyzers.

Moisture Analyzers – for hydrocarbon and gas streams.

Liquid Process Analyzers – pH, Conductivity, DO, Chlorine, Turbidity, Water Cut, Oil‑in‑Water.

Combustion and Flue Gas Analyzers – for fired heaters, boilers, and furnaces.

Physical Property Analyzers: RVP, Salf in Crude, Flash Point, Density, Viscosity

Sample Conditioning and Recovery Systems – for process and emission analyzers.

Education:

Diploma in Instrumentation / Electrical & Electronics Engineering with minimum 6 years of relevant experience.

OR B.E. / B.Tech. in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in analyzer maintenance.
