Role: Air Conditioning Technician

Location: Fraser Suites, Riyadh - Saudi Arabia

Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Technician

Frasers Hospitality is looking for an Air Conditioning Technician to join the team at Fraser Suites, Riyadh. As an Air Conditioning Technician, you will ensure all equipment is in good repair with minimal downtime by providing day-to-day maintenance of the hotel under the direction of engineering management. You will support the improvement of engineering services for both guests and staff, in compliance with Fraser Suites Riyadh's standards, and collaborate with the wider hotel team. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform regular preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, chillers, VRV/VRF systems, split and window units, and refrigeration equipment in guest rooms, kitchens, and public areas.
2. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve AC-related issues in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and hotel facilities.
3. Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently and safely, minimizing downtime and disruption.
4. Maintain records of all maintenance and repair work using hotel reporting systems.
5. Ensure all systems operate at optimal performance levels while meeting safety, energy efficiency, and cleanliness standards.
6. Assist in energy conservation and sustainability initiatives by monitoring system performance and reporting inefficiencies.
7. Ensure compliance with hotel safety policies, fire and life safety regulations, and local HVAC codes.
8. Coordinate with front office and housekeeping to avoid guest inconvenience during AC repairs or maintenance.
9. Support other engineering team members during emergency situations or large-scale repair projects.
