· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Agroecology, or a related field

· Minimum 5 years of experience in sustainable or regenerative agriculture, preferably in arid or semi-arid regions

· Deep understanding of soil-plant relationships, organic inputs, and biological systems

· Experience with compost systems, biochar, green manure, and agroforestry is a strong plus

· Familiarity with organic, biodynamic, or regenerative certifications (e.g., Demeter, Regenified, EU Organic)

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional farm teams, researchers, and external consultants

· Strong analytical and reporting skills; capable of translating field data into actionable insights
