Job description

JOB PURPOSE:

The role holder is responsible for supporting a portfolio of high-affluent customers, markets, and selling the full range of banking products/services offered by ANB to achieve set targets and objectives. The role also involves increasing and nurturing current and time deposit accounts, as agreed with the Affluent Regional Manager, Branch Manager, Area Manager, or Regional Managers, by following up on customer account balances and analyzing reasons for increases or decreases in the portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support and achieve set targets and objectives through affluent customer support and relationship management.
  • Increase and nurture current accounts as agreed with managers.
  • Follow up on customer account balances and analyze reasons for changes.
  • Increase account profitability through cross-selling of other bank products.
  • Manage customer portfolios, including NIBs and product holdings.
  • Contact affluent customers with dropped balances to explain implications and encourage account activation.
  • Foster high-affluent customer acquisition, loyalty, satisfaction, product development, and innovation.
  • Meet weekly with the Branch Manager to discuss high-affluent customer issues and needs.
  • Ensure effective application of the High Affluent Program.
  • Follow up personally to satisfy customer requests.
  • Maintain regular contact with affluent customers, ensuring at least quarterly contact.
  • Review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to the affluent segment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and properly dispose of redundant reports.
  • Accurately enter customer data following interviews.
  • Adhere to internal bank policies and procedures.
  • Report suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
  • Comply with SAMA account opening, AML, and operational guidelines.
  • Safeguard keys, stamps, custody items, and user credentials.
  • Verify customer documents for validity and correctness.
  • Participate in compliance, audit, risk management, and anti-fraud initiatives.
  • Understand and implement regulatory requirements communicated by relevant departments.
  • Follow policies and procedures to mitigate compliance, ML & TF, cybersecurity, and fraud risks.
  • Use appropriate channels for risk reporting.
  • Adhere to the code of conduct and day-to-day procedures.
