Job description

Manage, organize, and maintain all legal documentation, contracts, and correspondence.

Assist the legal team with filing, record-keeping, and regulatory compliance under Saudi labor and corporate law.

Liaise with government authorities, official portals, and regulatory bodies (e.g., Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Labor, SAGIA, and courts) to complete registrations, approvals, and filings.

Coordinate with external legal counsel, courts, and relevant government authorities.

Prepare reports, maintain legal databases, and ensure confidentiality of documents and information.

Support HR and administrative functions related to employment contracts, labor compliance, and legal documentation.

Follow up on legal deadlines, renewals, and approvals to ensure compliance with KSA regulations.

Assist in internal audits, compliance reviews, and legal reporting requirements.
