Recruitment position: Account Manager

Work experience: no less than 2 years of work experience in marketing positions.

Language requirements: proficiency in local language and fluent in business communication in English or Chinese.

Type of work: full-time

Location: Jeddah

According to requirements of company management, this position is responsible for developing sales channels, monitoring sales performance of channel agents, adjusting distribution channel policies, improving distribution channel sales, and finally achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
  1. Complete the sales tasks assigned by headquarters under sales cost reduction targets;
  2. Develop core channel customer database, visit customers regularly, maintain good cooperation relationship;
  3. Cooperate with sales manager to develop sales policies for channel agents and institutional customers in each sales season;
  4. Keep an eye on changes in the competitive market and develop policies for institutional clients and agents;
  5. Manage physical agents and network agents within the jurisdiction, update and issue regional airline promotion products and policies in real time;
  6. Look for agents with potential Chinese customers, complete the negotiation and signing of cooperation agreements and other related work;
  7. Event marketing and brand promotion on behalf of the company;
  8. Conduct flight operation support at airport if assigned by the manager of the Rep Office;
  9. Ability to handle multiple and changing tasks, working in weekend and evening hours, and overtime if necessary;
  10. Complete any other work related task assigned by the manager of the Rep Office.
